Is LocalFlow HIPAA compliant?

Yes. LocalFlow signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every dental practice. All call recordings, transcripts, and patient data are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never store payment card data, and PHI is handled under the same standards required of your EHR vendor. You'll receive a signed BAA as part of onboarding.

How does it sound on the phone? Will patients know it's AI?
